Using the metal spatula, take a pea-sized amount of Illume Radiance & warm it by rubbing it between your fingers. Gently, press it around the under-eye area. Follow it with a massage using the spatula's reverse side. During the day, protect your eyes from UV rays since retinol increases UV sensitivity.
